• Guaranteed availability of spare parts for every machine during a minimum of 10 years since when it´s delivered.
• Option to purchase spare part kits of various levels along with the machine.

Installation and Start Up 

• Installation performed by specialists.
• Training included as part of the start up.
• Option to have the machine homologated at the factory before it's shipped to the customer's facility in order to verify operation and to ensure that the machine meets the specifications agreed upon with the client.

Each Machine is delivered with the following manuals adapted specifically for each installation:

• Instructions manual.
• Maintenance manual with detailed lists of spare parts.
• Documentation for cleaning and hygiene procedures.

 

Training 

• In-house team of training specialists.
• We offer training courses in the factory, and courses at client facilities.
• Specific training on-site or at the factory for maintenance personnel.
• We are equipped with modern technologies to provide long distance training (such as video conferencing).
• Training is included as part of the start up. Along with the operational machine, training is provided in the use, maintenance, cleaning, and safety for the client´s production and maintenance personnel.
